Why can soldier kill? When I was thinking of military this question came up.i mistakenly believed almost all soldier can kill when they are in the dangerous situation where they may be killed.

 IN World War 2, only 15-20 percent soldier fired at the enemy.80 percent was willing to do the job except firing even if their situation got worth.US military researched to improve the situation.in WW2 people learned to fire at the paper target. Today more realistic target are used in more realistic environments. Killing a target becomes more automatic, more instinctive. They had training which made them kill despite their not to do.US military taught soldier the enemy is morally wrong and made them classify others as lesser beings. Thereby the number of soldier who can aim at the enemy has increased. However US military are facing another problem.

  After several months of combat nearly everyone will exhibit some symptoms of mental stress will appear. In US there are many soldier who suffer from PTSD.PTSD is a psychiatric disorder that can occur following the experience or witnessing of a life-threatening events. There are many incidents where IRAQ and AFGHANISTAN veterans have been charged with killing. They often killed a loved ones. More surprisingly suicides in the US military surged to a record 349, far exceeding American combat death. Moreover though government does not know the correct number of veterans’ suicide it is said more than 6000 veterans commit a suicide every year. Things US military did to improve this situation may have something to do with the increase of PTSD. The number of soldier suffer from PTSD has increased enormously.

 I think US military should help those people.    

I cleaned my room.At first i kept things tidy and in order.Second I cleaned with the vacuum cleaner.I was afraid my noise irritate my neighbor.Because i know when i made a noise,he often said in twitter  " URUSAI!".Finally i swabed the floor.My floor is very clean and beautiful.
I felt my spirit has been purified.

It will soon be new year.maybe what surprised me the most in this year is the death of Cory Allan Monteith which played a leading character in GLEE as fin hudson.It was a very sad news.I love foreign music patrly because glee influenced me.Now i want to see rent.It is musical .I think seasons of love is very good .My friend said that she saw le miserables in US and it  was the best time in her life.I have to study english more to enjoy musical.

 Supreme court in uk started work on 1 october 2009 .It meant role of the house of lords as high court of parliament ended.Tony blair started this reform in2003.Uk does not have a written constitution .Therefore the supream court does not have a judicial review.It is different from the one in japan .This court is the one of the last resort in england,wales,north ireland. Before the reform,seemingly the legislative body exercised  judical power,but the structure did not match the basis concept of  the separation of powers.The supreme court was established in order to improve the structure.

I am starting part time job in chinese restaurante and in hotel restarutaurnte
.It will soon be new year.My friend is going to go back from touhoku religion.I will meet him.
I heard we can see red leaves in the Imperial Palace.It is very rare.I really wnat to see it .

I belong to drrama circle.During mita festival,i went to saitama,siki to ｐｅｒｆｏｒｍ　a drama .It was a competition.Five universities performed a drama to get a grand prize.We prepared for the day for 4 months.I felt othes gush of enthusiasm.For the first time in 6 years we got grand prize.When we got gp Many people cried anf screamed and i saw othe universitys people  overwhelmed in despair.

NHS snd Financial Problem

NHS is public health care service which british government produce.This system was founded in 1948.Thanks to this national service every bitish people can get  almost free medical service .
NHS budget is supported mainly by general taxation .16 percent of british national budget is NHS budget.British government have been burdend with this money problem.
  From Thatcher conservative party in 1980s to cameron coalition government today Nhs was reformed to solve the finance problem.But,the need to hire more nurses to ensure high standards of treatment are driving up costs for NHS care providers and it is more and more difficult to solve this problem.
 Thinking of situation of our country,we notice we are in the situation similar to them.It is impotatnt to think how we maintain our national health care system under the severe public finance and the declining birth rate and aging population .British government approaches to solve NHS problem gives us hints on our problem.

Now i have 3000 yen with me. I am in dangerous situations. I do not do a part time job.I do not want  to do a part time job.But Mybe i have to do a part time job. Do you know easy and high wage jobs?

I live in keio dormitory near kamata in otaku. there are 10 or 20 foreign people ,taiwan chinese turkish russian englishman german. My dormitory is not only for men but men and women .When i was writing a report on stastics last week, i heard two mens laughing voice from passage. It was 1 am.The two men was foreign people .They were half naked.They posed like a body builder in front of a mirror.They said we like mescle training.They seemed to be satisfied with their muscle.I smiled because it was 1 am.

this week,monday tuseday wednesday i play tennis. i like playing tennis and watching tennis .I am very tired.But i have to hand in stastical report and study spanish and math for exam .I do not have motivation to study because i am tired.

I live in dormitory.. Fifth floor were burned October 13.
when i went back ,my friends said to me fifth floor are burned.
Fifth floor people were gone. I miss them.Now fifth floor are repairing, I am waiting  for them to come back.

School League Table

The national rankings of universities in the United Kingdom are published annually. The primary aim of the rankings is to inform potential undergraduate applicants about UK universities based on staff student ratio and results of tests, academic services and facilities expenditure per student and so on.                                                     
But, school league table has a bad aspect. First league tables give schools a "perverse" incentive to enroll pupils in easy subjects and rigidly teach the minimum required from each course. It highlights the fact that in spite of rising grades, employers including the Confederation of British Industry have criticized the school system for failing to prepare pupils for the workplace. Using the example of one school from a deprived area, it suggests that heads can engineer a surge up league tables by intensively coaching children in the basic elements of the curriculum to ensure they achieve C grades in core subjects.
  Second that cannot give a whole pictures of each schools. For example, graduate prospects show you a snapshot of what graduates go on to do next, but they’re only collected six months after leavinguniversity.                                           

 Finally, parents focus solely on the academic section of the tables and wouldn't consider whether the school ethos is good for their children. Just because a university is at the top of a league table doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the right university for you, and equally just because one is towards the bottom of a league table doesn’t mean it isn’t right for you. Certain university courses are well regarded by employers in specific career areas, even though the universities may not feature in the upper reaches of the tables. Falmouth University and Sunderland University are known to produce high achieving graduates in journalism and animation respectively, but there’s little sense of that reflected in league tables.                                                    

  Looking at league tables shouldn’t be a proxy for undertaking thorough research into things like the course content, modules and how you’ll be assessed. Decide on your priorities. It could be that the content of the course is most important to you, or the distance of the university. Create your own shortlist of courses and universities based on these priorities and use the league tables to sense check what you’ve got on your ‘maybe’ list.

Ive been to uk with my friend once. I saw ferguson,the former manager of manchaester united and jose mourinho .It was miracle. My friend said to me he wanted to go there again next spring . Even thoug the food is very bad, uk is very good . You should not go to indian restaurant.
